Route 82 is a modern apartment complex with 852 apartments situated in Kibler Park just 20 minutes south of Johannesburg. It is divided into three sections: Village 1, Village 2 and Village 3. The apartments were built between February 2017 and October 2018 and the first residents started moving in in October 2017. Between 2017 and 2020 the apartments were originally rented out to tenants, but the first units were sold early in 2021. By the end of 2022 most of the apartments have been sold already.
